Welcome to JETAA WA/NT
The JET Alumni Association of Western Australia and Northern Territory is a network for past participants of the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme.
Through JETAA, members can socialise and network with each other, and maintain the Japanese connection in their lives. Members also have the chance to be involved in promoting the JET Programme, helping with orientations, organising social and cultural events, assisting with management of JETAA and voicing opinions on how the JET Programme is managed. Active members may also have opportunities to participate in national and international conferences to develop networks and exchange ideas.
Participants from Western Australia and the Northern Territory have in the past been active within the programme due to our close ties to Japan.

2009 JET PROGRAMME: APPLICATION PACK NOW AVAILABLE
Applications for the 2009 JET Programme are now open. Download an application pack from the Embassy of Japan in Australia website HERE.
The application process is quite detailed and lengthy, so take plenty of time to prepare it. Similarly, take into account method of postage and expected delivery time (applications must be sent directly to the Embassy of Japan in Canberra).
